Can I return it if I don’t like it?

All our creations are final sale. Because all Yerwa Secrets creations are hand-crafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However, if the items sent do not conform to your order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced and the return costs will be paid by Yerwa Secrets.

 

Where do you manufacture Yerwa Secrets?

We formulate and package all creations in Gombe, Nigeria. Some of our packaging are sourced abroad. What is important is we are always looking for ways to imporve quality and maintain our suatinability standards. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL.
